dish 508 system features an advanced
standard definition DISH Network receiver with an internal hard
drive for up to 60 hours of digital video recording. An expansion
port allows the 508 to be upgraded for additional recording
capabilities. In addition, Dish Interactive lets you get Instant

cities, ski areas and national parks, five day forecasts updated
every 12 hours and current weather updated every hour. DISH
Instant Weather is FREE to Dish Network subscribers and includes a
favorites list for storing one local city and 5 additional cities.
2 EPG display options: Full-Screen EPG
displays 6 lines of channel listings with current time, date and
channel number and the Picture-in-Guide EPG gives you 4 lines of
channel listings on a 1/2 screen display, current time, date, and
channel number on a 1/4 screen display and 1/4 TV picture.
