Dish 500 the first in
the world to give 500 channels of entertainment!
Dish 500 is the world's first
500-channel digital satellite TV system. Dish Network has
developed an advanced 20" dish antenna that enables the reception
of signals from two satellite locations at the same time. This
versatility gives you the capability of receiving up to 500
channels of audio and video programming as well as data services.
The dish 500 will provide you
with access to ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX. To view the additional
channels included in your local channel package, you will need a
second dish antenna. Dish Network will provide the second dish and
installation upon request, free of any charge.
With dish 500 you have access to over 2000
movies every month. Along with access to ShowTime, HBO and Cinemax
and some of the finest, sports, children's and family programming
available. There are also 30 commercial-free, CD-quality music
channels and a dozen Public Interest Channels. The digital
reception gives you a crisp and crystal clear picture and
sound quality normally only found on CDs.
