What a dish network card
does and how you can get one for free
A dish network card or access card comes
is part of the satellite TV system supplied by Dish Network.
The purpose of the card is to unscramble the intentionally
scrambled satellite signal and give customers access to their
programming package. Each card is personalized and can only be
used by the approved customer thereby preventing unauthorized
access to Dish Network programming.
The dish network card can be purchased
with the satellite TV system of choice or you can take advantage
of the free satellite TV systems on offer. To qualify for a free
system you need to agree to a 12 consecutive month commitment to
America's Top 150, America's Top 100, America's Top 50, DISH
Latino Max or DISH Latino Dos programming packages. A hold of $99
will be placed on your credit card and released within 3 days,
depending on your financial institution. This is a hold to
validate the credit card, NOT a payment. Subject to credit
approval. Social Security Numbers are used to obtain credit scores
and will not be released to third parties except for verification
and collection purposes only. Customer pays $49.99 and at time of
initial installation receives Free Standard Professional
Installation of a DISH Network 1- or 2-receiver satellite TV
system (Model Dish301). Customer will receive a $49.99 credit on
the first bill.
