The purpose of dishnetwork test cards and where to get them

You can go online and purchase dishnetwork test cards from retailers. You then upload it to your Dish Network access card. The software is designed to modify your access card and give you unlimited access to Dish Network satellite TV channels.

Before you can use dish network test cards to get unlimited access to Dish Network programming, you need a satellite dish, a receiver and a subscription to a DSS or DBS service provider. Once you have these you can then use the card to modify your Direct TV access card.

Dish Network does not approve of the use of dish network test cards so they can use an ECM (electronic counter measures) to override them. If this happens the retailer will try to revive it remotely through an "un-looper". If this fails, you can return the card to retailer who will reprogram it for free and send it back to you at your own cost.
